Not once, but twice a day!

 

"U.S. consumers buy 14 million gallons of toothpaste each year!"

 

How many of you have had a cavity or filling?  How many of you thought that getting cavities hurt… a lot? You should take care of your teeth so that you don’t have get cavity fillings.

 

That is why we celebrate National Dental Hygiene; to remind us all to take care of our teeth. This October will be a reminder to all of us to take extra care of our teeth so they will last a lifetime. Some tips to take extra care of your teeth.

 

  • Change your toothbrush every 3 months
  • Brush 2 times a day
  • Brush for 2 minutes in a circle motion
  • Don’t forget to floss between your teeth

 

So I hope we can count on you to take extra care of your teeth this month.  As the famous Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes once said “Every tooth in a man’s head is more valuable than a diamond!”
