School Community Council (SCC)
The Momilani School Community Council (SCC) would like to welcome back new and returning students and families as Momilani begins another exciting school year following last year’s busy and rewarding schedule. The SCC represents groups within the Momilani Community that are committed to the interests of the school.
The Momilani School Community Council is a forum made up of individuals from the school’s administrators, teachers, staff, parents, students and community members. They are group committed to the interests of the students and meet quarterly to discuss what’s going on at the school such as the school’s Financial and Academic Plans, student achievement, and Spring Olympics. They also put together an end of the year online evaluation for members and help to conduct nominations and elections for next years board members. Meetings are held four times a year at the school library from 7 am for about an hour and is great way to be informed about what’s going at Momilani.
We are looking forward to moving ahead with another great year and are sure you will have a rewarding experience here at Momilani! If you are interested or have any questions, please contact Kahala Ninomiya at firstname.lastname@example.org
With much appreciation,
Kahala Ninomiya, School Community Council Chairperson
